I figured I’d come up with something fun to talk about in this blog to match the energy of this weeks cover, but Dakota has been very sick for the last few days and I just can’t really think about anything else.

He got sick a couple times on Sunday and lost his appetite completely. He was really restless and I was immediately nervous. Still am. Dakota doesn’t get sick like this often and in the past, even when he was sick, he is a bit of a master at disguising it. He’s such a good boy he never wants anyone to worry.

Yesterday he was obviously exhausted, but not showing any signs of distress like the day before, so that seemed positive. Still no apetite, but he started drinking water again. Sick a couple more times, however. It’s been a rough couple days.

He’s happier today, but he still can’t eat. Even tried to make him a burger – the good shit, grass-fed, none of that filler beef. Seems interested in it, but can’t chew so he spits it out.

Of course I’m a mess about it all.

We go to the vet tomorrow, so fingers crossed there. We’re gonna watch more crap movies like Thrash tonight to keep our minds off things.

Anyway, that’s why there’s no blog this week.
